Deleted Sites & Groups Nearing Permanent Purge

The question it answers: Which deleted groups and sites are in the recycle bin, and how many days are left before they are purged?

A deleted Microsoft 365 group can be restored - with its Team, site and mailbox - for 30 days; a deleted site for 93 days. After that it is gone. This report lists what is in the recycle bins and how many days are left, so a mistaken deletion is caught in time.

DataRead from Microsoft 365 when someone first opens it, then kept for the report cache lifetime (Settings > Data & cache, 1 hour unless changed). It reads through PowerShell (Exchange Online or SharePoint Online), so the first load takes longer than a Graph report.
