Joiners & Leavers Trend (12 months)

The question it answers: How many people joined and left each month over the last year, by department, and who leaves in the next 30 days?

How many people joined and left each month, and in which departments - the headcount movement HR and finance ask IT for - plus everyone whose leave date falls in the next 30 days. New-starter Onboarding checks individual joiners; this report shows the trend.
