Microsoft 365 Adoption by Department

The question it answers: How actively does each department use Teams, Outlook, the Office apps, OneDrive and Copilot?

Licences are bought per person; value comes from use. Which departments actually work in Teams, Outlook, the Office apps and OneDrive - and which pay for suites they barely touch? Low-adoption departments are candidates for training, champions or a cheaper licence.
