Windows 365 Cloud PC Inventory

The question it answers: Which Windows 365 Cloud PCs are assigned to leavers, in the grace period, never used or idle for a month?

Every Cloud PC is a monthly licence. Cloud PCs still assigned to people who left, sitting in the grace period, never signed into, or unused for a month are money spent on nothing - they are listed first.
