Retired InfoPath Forms Still Present

The question it answers: Which sites still contain InfoPath form libraries, which stopped opening in the browser when Microsoft switched InfoPath Forms Services off?

InfoPath Forms Services was switched off on 14 July 2026. Sites that still contain InfoPath form libraries have forms - and the processes behind them - that no longer work. Each row names the site and its owner to contact. SharePoint Add-ins and 2013 workflows (switched off on 2 April 2026) are not checked: the PnP.PowerShell commands for them no longer exist; the Microsoft 365 Assessment tool lists them.
