Sites List

The question it answers: Which SharePoint sites exist, who owns them, which template do they use and how much storage do they hold?

Note

OneDrive sites are not included. All values come from Get-PnPTenantSite: storage and quota (MB converted to GB), owner, template, LastContentModifiedDate and SharingCapability (External Sharing = anything but Disabled). File, link and deleted-item counts and the per-web LastItem…Modified dates are not part of that call and are not shown (Inactive Sites reads the per-web dates).

GET /ir-api/v1/reports/sharepoint.sites.all?size=100

An AI assistant reads it with the MCP tool get_report and the id sharepoint.sites.all. The client needs the Read grant for SharePoint Online. See Using the API.
