Auto Attendants & Call Queues Health
The question it answers: Which call queues and auto attendants have no active agents, unlicensed resource accounts, or no after-hours handling?
Call queues and auto attendants answer the company’s main numbers. A queue whose agents left or never opted in rings nobody; a resource account without its licence cannot take calls; an auto attendant without after-hours and holiday flows gives callers the wrong greeting. Missed customer calls cost money directly.
