Teams Inventory - Ownerless & Inactive Teams

The question it answers: Which teams have no working owner, only one owner, or no activity in the last 90 days?

A team without a working owner cannot be governed: nobody approves members, renews the group or cleans up guests. Teams nobody used for 90 days still hold files, chats and guest access. Both are listed first.
